Paul John Whisky in collaboration with 23 wine and whiskey and cocoaa more hosted a fantastic whisky and chocolate pairing event at Leicester, UK. Guests had the opportunity to pair the sweet and creamy BRILLIANCE with a delicate 55% milk chocolate, the mildly peated EDITED with a delightfully balanced 65% dark chocolate and the smoky BOLD with a bitter 80% dark chocolate.
Guests also got the chance to try 2 whisky infused chocolates: the Dark Truffle, a combination of 70% dark chocolate shell with dark chocolate ganache and the peated Select Cask, and the Milk Truffle, a blend of Noche 40% milk chocolate shell with milk chocolate ganache and the Classic Select Cask.
