Glass: Old Fashioned
45 ml Paul John Brilliance
15 ml Monin Passion Puree
2 Lime Wedges
Garnish: One sprig of torched rosemary (fresh passion fruit with a sprig of rosemary)
Take leaves of 1 sprig of fresh rosemary in the mixing glass and muddle
Fill mixing glass with ice
Add Brilliance, passion fruit puree and squeeze wedges of lime
Shake and double strain over fresh ice in a glass
Garnish with torched rosemary and fresh passion fruit/wedge of lime.
