Paul John single malts are created from indigenous native ingredients. The Indian 6-Row Barley used to make the whisky is sourced from across the vast lands of Rajasthan and Haryana to the foothills of Himalayas and is harvested during summer for perfect maturity. The boldness of the huskier six row barley comes with high proteins, tannins and fatty acids giving the whisky a unique character.
The pure underground table of water in Goa, along with rain-fed water sources and water flowing through the Western Ghats adds to the purity of the spirit. For our Peated expressions, Peat is imported from the Islay and Aberdeen regions in Scotland. Goa’s weather helps accelerate maturation at an angel share of 8 – 10%, unlike other whiskies produced in colder climates. Created in India, The Great Indian Single Malt has won more than 200 awards in 6 years and continues to strive to enrich the experience of every sip.
