Glass:
Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Paul John Brilliance
- 15 ml Monin Passion Puree
- 2 Lime Wedges
- Fresh Rosemary
Garnish:
One sprig of torched rosemary (fresh passion fruit with a sprig of rosemary)
Method:
- Take leaves of 1 sprig of fresh rosemary in the mixing glass and muddle
- Fill mixing glass with ice
- Add Brilliance, passion fruit puree and squeeze wedges of lime
- Shake and double strain over fresh ice in a glass
- Garnish with torched rosemary and fresh passion fruit/wedge of lime.
